- Dirt and Cloudiness
- Giardia Cryptosporidium
- Mould and Algae
|
- Asbestos Fibres

Other major features and benefits
of Everpure Water Filter Systems are:
- The
Everpure ADC and RV systems’ performance
is independently certified providing guaranteed protection.
The products are certified by NSF International Standard
42 Class 1 Standard 53 and approved under Australian
Standard AS/NZS 3497 ;1998 for both plumbing safety
and product performance - Certificate No. PS08669.
- Everpure’s Precoat Technology
is an exclusive pleated filter membrane coated with
Micropure® – a proprietary blend of powdered
activated carbon.
- The
Everpure ADC and RV systems
are compact easy to
install and service culminating
in reduced
costs.
- The Everpure filter systems carry
out a two stage filtering process in the one chamber.
It does the job of a twin system without taking
up valuable undersink space.
- Flow pressure
from the filter tap reduces as the filter cartridge
nears its expiry date.
This means that the consumer is being notified
when the cartridge needs replacing.
- The
cartridges’ bayonet fitting
means that the cartridge can be simply replaced – Do
it yourself. Its as easy as changing a lightbulb.
- The cartridge is also compact, robust
and easily transported by mail. The filter cartridge
and system is about the size of a 1.25 litre soft drink
bottle.
- The filter is certified for the
removal of particles down to 1/2 micron in size. Half
Micron is 200 times smaller than the diameter of a
human hair.
- A Golf Ball is 25,000 microns, A
Pollen Grain is 20 microns, Cysts e.g. cryptosporidium
are 1 to 15 microns in size.
- Fluoride is not removed during the
filtration process, an added benefit for families.
- The aluminium filter housing is
fully lined with foodgrade polymer and the water never
comes into contact with aluminium.
- Everpure filtered water has many
uses, drinking, cooking, tea, coffee, washing vegetables,
ice, cooking rice and pasta, baby formula, pets, iron,
mixing with fruit juices etc.
- Clear, safe, great tasting water
every day... wherever you go!
- Eliminates the need to purchase
and store expensive bottled water during travel.
- Available throughout Australia -

*Caution: Do not use with water that
is microbiologically unsafe or with water of unknown
quality without adequate disinfection before using the
system. Systems certified for cyst reduction may be used
on disinfected water that may contain filterable cysts.

How Everpure Filters Work
They’ll tell you it’s the same, but
it doesn’t come close to being Everpure.
There are many different water
treatment technologies that address different water quality needs.
When it comes to filtration, Everpure's precoat process provides
better protection against contaminants.
Precoat filtration reduces off-tastes
and odors and removes 99.99% of all particles as small as 1⁄2
micron in size. This patented technology offers the largest filtering
surface area, a long filter life, and protection against undetectable
failures such as channeling and dumping.

Stage 1: Precoat
for chlorine, taste and odours.
Stage 2:
Membrane for half micron filtration

|
1. Water
enters the top of the Everpure filter cartridge, flows down
through the inlet non return valve tube and into the filter
chamber.
2. Through
our exclusive precoat process, Micro-Pure coats the filter
membrane throughout the life of the cartridge. Water flows
evenly and freely, even with changes in water pressure.
3. Incoming
pressure forces the water through the layer of Micro-Pure and
through the filter membrane.
The openings in the Micro-Pure layer are so small that any particle 1/2
micron (1/50,000 inch) or larger is removed.
4. Filtered
water channels up through the rigid grid structure of the filter
membrane and out of the system.
